These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of pest control and insect extermination services by Roboba to any individual or business ("Customer", "you") who books or uses our services. By placing an order, requesting a booking, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before booking.
Roboba is a pest control and insect extermination service provider operating in the United Kingdom.
For any queries, complaints, or requests relating to these Terms or our services, please contact us using the details above. We aim to respond to all enquiries within a reasonable timeframe, and in any event within the deadlines required by applicable law.
Bookings for treatment, inspection, or extermination services may be made by telephone, email, or through our website's enquiry form. When you submit a request, this constitutes an offer to purchase services from Roboba, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
An order is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us, whether by email or other durable medium, specifying the service, the scheduled date and time, and the applicable price. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments where necessary due to operational constraints, and we will notify you promptly of any such change.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate information about the property, the pest issue, and any access requirements at the time of booking, as inaccurate information may affect our ability to deliver the service as scheduled.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of applicable UK Value Added Tax (VAT). The final price will be confirmed to you before the service is carried out, either verbally, in writing, or via the confirmation communication described above.
Unless otherwise specified in your order confirmation, the quoted price includes labour, standard treatment materials, and a written summary of the treatment carried out. It does not include the cost of structural repairs, proofing works, follow-up treatments beyond what is agreed, or any additional pest issues discovered during the visit that fall outside the original scope of work; these will be quoted separately and require your approval before being carried out.
Payment is due as specified in your order confirmation, which may require payment in advance, on completion of the service, or on receipt of invoice. We accept payment by the methods indicated at the time of booking. Late payment may result in interest being charged in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, where applicable to business customers.
You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, free of charge. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a reasonable administration or callout charge, which will be communicated to you in advance where possible.
If you are a consumer booking services at a distance (for example, by phone or online) and the appointment is not scheduled to begin within 14 days, you may have a right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to exercise this right.
If you are unhappy with the service provided, please notify us within a reasonable time, ideally within 7 days of the treatment, by emailing [email protected] or calling +44 117 359 9217. We will investigate the complaint and, where a service has not been carried out with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we will offer a repeat treatment, partial refund, or other appropriate remedy.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.
Subject to the above, Roboba's total liability arising out of or in connection with any service shall be limited to the price paid for that service. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income, business interruption, or damage arising from pre-existing structural conditions of the property.
We take reasonable care in performing our services but cannot guarantee the complete elimination of pests in all circumstances, particularly where recurring infestations are linked to structural or environmental factors outside our control.
Our website sets a single cookie, named privacy_state, which stores your cookie consent choice for a period of one year. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, session cookies, or any other tracking technology beyond this. Advertising measurement, where applicable, only runs after you have given consent, and only on the booking confirmation page.

Should you have concerns about our handling of personal data that we cannot resolve, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's independent supervisory authority for data protection.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your place of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version published on our website at the time of your booking shall apply. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
